Job Description

We are seeking a Branding & Corp Comm Lead to drive and implement strategic communication and branding initiatives within the renewable energy sector. This role is based in Delhi and focuses on enhancing brand visibility and fostering effective branding initiatives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Oversee corporate communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing and promotional materials.
• Manage external communication channels, including media relations and press releases.
• Plan and coordinate events to enhance the company's presence in the renewable energy industry.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all branding and communication activities.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine branding strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives.

A successful Branding & Corp Comm Lead should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 18+ years of relevant experience
• Must have worked with companies with a global presence, handling branding and comms at an international level
• Candidates who have worked in listed companies will be preferred
• Proven expertise in branding and corporate communication within the energy or renewable sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communication strategies.
• Experience in managing media relations and public relations campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analysing market data and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
