Role Summary



We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven

Branding & Marketing Executive

to lead the brand presence and marketing communications of our events. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive ticket sales, attract sponsors, and build a strong brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Strategy:

Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual and verbal identity for all events.

Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, PR, and paid media.

Creative Development:

Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver marketing collateral (brochures, decks, banners, videos).

Digital Marketing:

Manage and optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and lead generation.

Content Coordination:

Curate and coordinate thought leadership content, speaker highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes promos.

Audience Engagement:

Run pre-event countdowns, influencer collaborations, and on-ground branding experiences.

Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and ticket sales.

Coordination:

Work closely with sales, sponsorship, and event operations teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.

Vendor & Agency Liaison:

Manage external partners for printing, video production, PR, or media buying.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the event, startup, or media industry. Proven experience in social media marketing, content planning, and digital campaign management. Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot). Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics. Passion for events, brand building, and creative execution.

Working Days: Mon-Sat
