Brand Strategy Associate (Founder's Shadow Role)
About the Role
We need a smart, curious, and energetic person to assist the Founder of Kalliste--a consultancy that helps build and grow beauty and lifestyle brands in India.
You will work directly with the Founder and be involved in brand strategy, market research, launch planning, content strategy, performance marketing, sales, retail growth, and coordination with teams.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Execution
Work with the Founder on day-to-day client projects across beauty, skincare, fashion, wellness, F&B, and more.
Help create brand strategy presentations, launch plans, pricing structures, consumer profiles, and competitor studies.
Assist in planning content for social media, email/WhatsApp campaigns, influencer activities, and paid marketing.
Help make launch timelines, sales funnel plans, and retail/channel expansion strategies.
Research market trends, best practices, and innovative ideas in different industries.
Research & Insights
Do industry and consumer research for each client.
Study competitor brands--their products, pricing, and positioning.
Prepare reports on trends, consumer opinions, and research findings.
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate with internal team members (designers, writers, analysts).
Coordinate with external partners (influencers, developers, agencies).
Track timelines, deliverables, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Maintain documents, notes, and workflows for the Founder.
