\xc2\xb7 Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour \xc2\xb7 Visualize and execute brand campaigns from start to finish with a 360-degree view of channels and performance \xc2\xb7 Manage timelines, deliverables and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all assets \xc2\xb7 Create briefing and align all teams to the same brand goals \xc2\xb7 Understand and anticipate the needs of the consumer and create campaigns that solve for those \xc2\xb7 Make persuasive presentation/pitches in putting forth very clear strategic priorities and recommendations \xc2\xb7 Work on and execute content strategy as well as actual content for the campaigns \xc2\xb7 Need to understand the customers journey and deliver effective campaigns that answer to those. \xc2\xb7 Need to analyse the competitor\xe2\x80\x99 product and come up with solution if we are lacking behind. \xc2\xb7 Arrive at a strategic direction after comprehensive analysis of all information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client\xe2\x80\x99s product and market share \xc2\xb7 Lead the discovery process to uncover consumer, customer, competitive and cultural insights \xc2\xb7 Drive effectiveness for brands by raising the level of strategic inputs & by defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) Skills needed: \xc2\xb7 An understanding of design, imagery in addition to content and the synergies between them all. Good articulation and writing skills. \xc2\xb7 The ability to think of the customer\'s journey and deliver effective campaigns that answer to those. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and time management. The ability to be able to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver on time. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in putting together presentations and strategy decks. \xc2\xb7 Team player capable of working across verticals with leadership skills.
