Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

Profile:

- Brand management professional with 5+ years of experience in retail & e-comm.

- Brand custodian who understands each brand intimately and helps with innovative strategy and efficient execution of campaigns.

- Brand promotion and execution of campaigns through PR activations.

Background/Skills:

- Must have offline and online Marketing experience (a working knowledge of digital + performance marketing) in the fashion and retail industry.

- Should have MBA, Mass Communication or relevant degree of education.

- Shoukd be heavily embedded and aware of the fashion industry social network to understand trends and virality.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Oversee execution of all offline and online campaigns + events.

- Liaise with external agencies - Advertising, PR, influencer, social media, branding, production, events etc. and all external vendors to facilitate smooth communication, sharing of all intellectual property with necessary discretion and overseeing that all SOW requirements are met according to expectations.

- Liaise with social media teams for strategy, monthly calendars and execution of ongoing upkeep on a weekly basis.

- Facilitate all digital marketing campaigns with the relevant agencies and in-house teams on a weekly basis.

- Plan and execute e-comm shoots and upkeep of the mono-brand website with internal and external stakeholders.

- Liaise with all vendors regarding payments and facilitate speedy closures.

- Understand all internal systems regarding store events, gifting, permissions, etc.

- Facilitate focus group or consumer discussions to keep the consumer profile evolving.

PR responsibilities

- Manage all pre- and post-event planning and oversee execution of the same.

- Managing celebrities, influencers, stylists, KOLs and notable VIPs with utmost care while ensuring all objectives with them for campaigns are met.

- Recommend and facilitate guest-listing for events.

- Facilitate sponsorships for events/campaigns.

- Onboarding the right stakeholders and vendors, balancing both creatives and budgets.

Soft skills:

- Good communication skills include keeping the relevant stakeholders in the loop. This requires an ability to think ahead and think from others\' perspectives

- A \'thinker\' and a \'doer\' in equal measure will be necessary to keep your balance

- This is a very high-multi-tasking role that requires you to be able to shift focus without feeling scattered. It will require efficiency in constantly changing environments and the ability to adapt quickly will be an asset

- A self-starter, with high initiative, a roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude is always respected.

- Good negotiation skills are essential in staying within budget

- A bonus would be the ability to handle tricky situations and people
