Drive brand strategy, growth, and market excellence for key nutraceutical products in the domestic market. Lead brand planning, consumer insights, campaign development, and cross-functional execution to strengthen market position and accelerate business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives: ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing, and medical activation.
Analyse market trends, competitor intelligence, and consumer/doctor insights to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with sales teams to build impactful marketing tools, collaterals, and promotional strategies.
Lead new product launches from concept to go-to-market.
Manage brand P&L, pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with medical, regulatory, supply chain, and creative agencies to ensure flawless execution.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and strengthen brand equity.
Required Experience & Skills:
6 - 7 years of experience in Brand/Marketing roles within Nutraceuticals, Pharma, or Consumer Health.
Strong understanding of domestic nutraceutical market dynamics, HCP engagement, and consumer behavior.
Proven experience in crafting impactful campaigns and driving successful product launches.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and P&L understanding.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
Education:
MBA in Marketing / Pharma-MBA / Life Sciences background preferred.
