1. Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and long-term brand plans aligned with company objectives.
Define brand positioning, value proposition, and target consumer segments.
Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, trial, repeat, loyalty).
2. Product & Packaging Management
Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Procurement for:
New tea blends, variants, flavors, and grades.
Packaging formats (pouches, cartons, jars, mono cartons, laminated packs).
Ensure compliance of packaging with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and labeling norms.
Drive packaging innovation to improve shelf appeal and cost efficiency.
3. Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct consumer research, taste tests, and competitor benchmarking.
Analyze market trends, regional preferences, and pricing strategies.
Use insights to improve product offerings and communication.
4. Communication & Promotions
Develop ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns (TV, print, radio, social media).
Manage brand creatives, taglines, and messaging consistency.
Plan trade schemes, consumer promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
5. Sales & Trade Marketing Support
Work closely with Sales teams to support:
New launches and relaunches
Distributor and retailer schemes
Visibility initiatives (POSM, displays, shelf branding)
Track secondary sales, market share, and regional performance.
6. Budget & P&L Management
Prepare and manage brand marketing budgets.
Monitor ROI on advertising, promotions, and trade spends.
Support pricing decisions to maintain brand profitability.
7. Agency & Vendor Management
Coordinate with advertising agencies, packaging designers, printers, and media agencies.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and packaging materials.
8. Compliance & Quality Coordination
Ensure all brand communication and packaging comply with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with QA for pack approvals and artwork sign-offs.

Required Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institute
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience
4-8 years of experience in FMCG brand management
Preferably from Tea, Coffee, Food & Beverage, or Packaged Foods sector
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of FMCG tea market dynamics
Knowledge of packaging materials and labeling regulations
Analytical and strategic thinking
