As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the brand\'s visibility, reputation, and market share within the personal care industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and consumer engagement while ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Define the brand\'s positioning, value proposition, and unique selling points.

Product Management:

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to product launch and ongoing performance analysis.

- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings align with market needs and brand goals.

Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.

- Develop creative and compelling marketing collateral and messaging.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand expansion.

- Analyze consumer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.

Budget Management:

- Create and manage the brand\'s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor campaign expenses and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

- Work with agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Brand Monitoring and Analysis:

- Monitor brand performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and sales trends to make data-driven decisions.

Brand Compliance:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.

- Maintain brand standards and guidelines.

Consumer Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage consumers and build brand loyalty.

- Manage social media and online presence, fostering a positive brand image.
