Responsibilities:
- Define the brand positioning, tonality, values and ensure consistency of brand across all platforms.
- Build and execute a cohesive social media strategy that creates engagement in the financial sector and execute the social media calendar
- Be responsible for all user-facing content - across our channels from Blog to in-app shorts
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to design, track and evaluate performance metrics for Content
- Planning, implementing and measuring all content-related activities across different channels
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in the B2C online space in social media management, brand and content management
- Must have experience writing content
- Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have empathy for users, and a knack for storytelling
- Should be extremely detail-oriented. Grammar-Nazis welcome!
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, due to multiple stakeholder management
- Prior startup/fintech experience is a plus
