Role Brief: Brand Manager for Broadband preferably in a consumer
facing company or a top advertising agency.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Drive the overall brand saliency for Broadband
2. Take creative responsibility for customer and partner campaigns
3. Liaise with the field teams and conduct extensive research to understand field requirements and
design communication plans to meet those requirements
4. Work on the overall Brand realignment of One Broadband in line with the changing landscape of
telecom.
5. Work on partner and customer videos.
6. Establish a culture of proactive communication within the organization.
7. Develop a winning brand stories and craft effective communication to narrate those stories.
8. Be the owner of leads withing the organisation and work with the team to ensure prompt actions
9. Be up to date with the latest market developments on prospect management and lead handling and
implement those solutions for Broadband.
Skills Required
1. Brand Marketing experience of minimum 5 years, with 7-10 years of total experience.
2. Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive initiatives within and outside the organisation.
3. Effective communicator with an ability to engage senior management, Sales team and partners.
