- Working closely with the creative team & agency to bring the brand to life in different, relevant ways to the right audience
- Having a strong creative instinct that drives your final decision on campaigns
- Design and develop company's marketing calendar
- Planning the brand's communication strategy for each campaign & category : for own media (like emailers, push and sms), PR, social media and paid channel like Youtube
- Being responsible for the look, feel, touch and speak of the brand across all touch points, including stores & social media
- Identifying relevant brand partnerships & media planning required to accelerate growth and brand awareness
- Owning the demand generated through story telling for all campaigns & categories throughout the year
- Carrying out intensive consumer research to fuel the marketing strategy resulting in efficient content-creative output
