• Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
• Plan, organize and execute events for lead generation and managing customer relationship.
• Develop and execute all public relations communications for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online and social media
• Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources and offer creative solutions
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and reporting on performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain brand budgets.
• Collaborate with the Sales & marketing team to generate and qualify leads, and to develop sales collateral and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven work experience as a brand & communication or product management or similar role, preferably in the Chat/messaging industry.
• Exceptional verbal & report presentation abilities

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Salt Lake City, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
