Plan, organize and execute events for lead generation and managing customer relationship.
Develop and execute all public relations communications for internal and external stakeholders and media actions on all channels, including offline, online and social media
Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources and offer creative solutions
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
Develop and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and reporting on performance metrics.
Establish and maintain brand budgets.
Collaborate with the Sales & marketing team to generate and qualify leads, and to develop sales collateral and presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven work experience as a brand & communication or product management or similar role, preferably in the Chat/messaging industry.
