Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility in the recruitment industry.
Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify branding opportunities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to align branding efforts with business goals.
Collect feedback from clients/candidates to improve brand image and communication.
Prepare regular reports on branding activities and results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience in branding, digital marketing, or promotions (preferably in service sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with ability to generate new ideas for brand promotion.
Proficiency in social media management, MS Office, and digital tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
