Job Description


The Brand Associate is mainly to provide key internal support to relevant client-related activities. You will ensure strategy and creative output promptly; and assist in cost estimation, creative briefing, and campaign management/analysis. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7Management and handling of key client briefs, projects, and requests, including the refinement of the above \xc2\xb7Typical day-to-day management of clients and their requests including social media postings, references, presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc. \xc2\xb7Write/proofread major communications materials including executive internal memos, executive speeches, Q&A, sensitive topic statements, pitch docs or press releases \xc2\xb7Cultivate high-level contacts within business and industry relations \xc2\xb7Provide Clients counsel in the development of successful customer management strategies \xc2\xb7Work with the team to write/assist in writing communication for Social Media channels \xc2\xb7Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s long-term sustainability and competitiveness \xc2\xb7Be able to conduct project planning and reporting, and support line managers with campaign planning as well as strategic annual or quarterly plans \xc2\xb7Modify proposals based on changing business conditions \xc2\xb7Take ownership of the quality of creative \xc2\xb7Ensure creative team motivation and working processes \xc2\xb7Oversee project briefings (both written & actual briefing) & client approval \xc2\xb7Provide creative judgement \xc2\xb7Develop working relationships with the team to ensure that once briefed the campaign/project moves forward smoothly \xc2\xb7Be the first stop in resolving problems raised by the team and the clients Requirements: \xc2\xb7Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or related fields; industry experience preferred \xc2\xb7Bachelor\'s degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc. \xc2\xb7Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities (proven media relations skills) \xc2\xb7An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter \xc2\xb7Detail-oriented, organised and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
