Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch.
Assist in achieving sales and performance targets.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues efficiently.
Maintain stock, cash, and branch records accurately.
Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Support Branch Manager in administrative and reporting tasks.
Train and motivate team members for productivity and service excellence.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2-5 years of experience in branch operations (Full Truck Load), retail, or sales supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
