Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales & Business Development



Drive sales of life insurance products through the

direct (in-house)

channel. Achieve branch-level targets for

new business premium, persistency, and productivity.


2. Team Management



Recruit, train, and manage a team of

Sales Managers / Relationship Managers / Executives

. Motivate the team through regular performance reviews, coaching, and goal setting.

3. Customer Relationship & Service



Ensure superior customer experience at all touchpoints. Handle escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.

4. Operations & Compliance



Ensure branch operations comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate records of business transactions and MIS reports.

5. Market Intelligence



Track competitor activities and market trends. Provide insights to senior management for product and strategy improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
