Team Management:
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals and executives, ensuring they meet productivity metrics and follow ethical sales practices.
Operational Oversight:
Manage all aspects of branch operations, including administration, customer service, and ensuring smooth, efficient daily functioning.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and all relevant life insurance regulations, such as those from IRDAI.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and provide reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Customer Satisfaction:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure prompt resolution of issues, and promote customer-centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and service quality.
