We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the branch level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and drive business growth.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports and providing insights for improvement.
5. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
