Sourcing New to Bank Business Banking accounts & Managing the Business Banking portfolio assigned
Assisting the clients business with different business banking products like OD/CC/ BG/Term Loans/Forex.
Cross selling liability based products liked Fixed Deposits, savings accounts to the portfolio clients
Maintaining the service standards set by the bank in collaboration with the service support team
Maintain Co-ordeal relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to generate leads for New to bank Clients.
Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch.
Main point of contact for the team members in case of any grievance from the customers side.
Ability to source high value accounts resulting in cross sale of Assets & TFX Business.
Ensure that the team members are properly guided on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and to be checked carefully before forwarding the account opening forms to RPCs for processing.
Requirements
Ability to source High Value Business Banking Accounts
Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade Account opening/transaction processes
Strong Communication skills with assertive attitude
Knowledge of Trade, Forex and Business Assets & Strong follow up ability & keenness
Ability to spot opportunities in the portfolio for Upselling/Cross-selling bank products
