Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Support branch sales activities by identifying opportunities and referring customers to relevant products and services. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty. Maintain accurate customer records and manage customer data in the CRM system. Assist in the development and implementation of customer outreach programs and campaigns. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with branch staff to achieve branch targets and enhance overall performance Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
