Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across Life, Health, and Motor Insurance divisions.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch targets and growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, vehicle dealers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
Prepare and present reports on branch performance and financial status to senior management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.
Organize and participate in promotional events and activities for Life, Health, and Motor Insurance.
