Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors and sales executives
Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with regional goals
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold ethical sales practices
Foster strong relationships with customers, advisors, and community stakeholders
Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities
