Role Summary We are looking for a resilient, empathic Branch Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. A Branch Manager oversees all aspects of a branch's operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while also managing budgets and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives. Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately. Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation. Organize outreach to new team members and customers. Allocate branch resources for staff and client needs. Provide excellent service for bank customers. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and need Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company. Delegating work effectively and managing the resource of time. Monitoring progress and track roadblocks and conducting regular meetings. Create, lead your Dream Team and establishing a shared vision. Liaise between the branch and its parent organization Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation. Manage financial reports for the branch. Managing the production of the required deliverable planning and monitoring the project. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Qualification

Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills Results driven and customer focused Leadership and human resources management skills
