Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Team Thai in Thrissur for FMCG Division. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, setting sales targets, building customer relationships, ensuring inventory management, and implementing company policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in sales and customer service Knowledge of business operations and financial management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Previous experience in a FMCG Sales Minimum 5Years of Experiance in Sales field
