Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams.
Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA) and last 1 year sourcing.
Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
