Job Description

Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation. Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams. Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA) and last 1 year sourcing. Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
