Business Development & Sales:Drive branch performance across key metrics: CASA growth, retail loans, fee income, and cross-selling of banking products.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the local market.Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.2. Customer Relationship Management:Ensure high standards of customer service and branch ambiance.Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively.Build strong relationships with HNI/NRI and key clients for long-term business.3. Branch Operations & Compliance:Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to KYC/AML norms.Monitor risk and security at the branch level.4. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch team.Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for staff.Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric culture.5. Reporting & Analytics:Maintain MIS and reports related to sales, operations, and customer feedback.Analyze branch performance data to drive continuous improvement.
