Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Drive branch performance across key metrics: CASA growth, retail loans, fee income, and cross-selling of banking products.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the local market.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high standards of customer service and branch ambiance.
Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Build strong relationships with HNI/NRI and key clients for long-term business.
3. Branch Operations & Compliance:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to KYC/AML norms.
Monitor risk and security at the branch level.
4. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch team.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for staff.
Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric culture.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain MIS and reports related to sales, operations, and customer feedback.
Analyze branch performance data to drive continuous improvement.
