Position - Sales & Operations -

Key Responsibilities:

Handling sales of Warehouse and Transportation of the location and increasing revenue of location
Responsible for driving monthly targets, customer relations and collections
Ensuring timely credit cycle and minimal debits
Cross - selling services of company portfolio
Expanding business into newer segments
P&L responsibility, developing customers, day-to-day operations, operations planning, growing supply base (storages and vehicles)
Managing the team

Required skills/experience:

High energy with a zeal to build business from scratch with a high sense of ownership
Prior logistics / warehousing experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong balance of planning and hustling
