Key Focus of Role:

  • Be instrumental in setting up a Mumbai office.
  • Assist selecting an office and manage the logistics of opening;
  • Manage legal compliance locally utilizing our existing license;
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the office;
  • Recruit, manage and develop the team to ensure delivery;
  • Manage the relationships with the Business Development function in Dubai;
  • Develop marketing strategy to ensure effective talent acquisition;
  • Manage client relationship during recruitment campaigns and trips;
  • Establish a delivery capability Pan-India with appropriate sub-agents;
  • Manage recruitment trips Pan-India;
  • Register and interface with relevant Embassies to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements

Key attributes:
  • Must understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry;
  • Team management skills coupled with a hands-on approach;
  • Expert at candidate attraction through the use of social media;
  • Understand effective candidate screening;
  • Knows how to obtain large numbers of candidates;
  • Understands government processing requirements for overseas deployments;
  • Able to effectively communicate with head office staff;
  • Mature enough to manage relationships with international delegates;
  • Problem solving abilities and looks for solutions.
  • Fluent in English and highly computer literate.
