Oversee and guide a team of
Equity Dealers / Advisors
, generating brokerage by providing portfolio advice for both long-term investments and short/medium-term trading ideas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educating them about investment opportunities and financial products.
Promote and cross-sell a range of broking products and services, including
mutual funds, insurance, SIPs, PMS, and other investment instruments
.
Ensure effective management of the equities investments and portfolios of clients, maximizing returns while maintaining compliance.
Continuously update knowledge on market trends, products, and compliance to offer informed advisory services.
Strive for targets with a results-oriented approach and motivate the team to achieve branch goals.
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum
4+ years of overall experience
in financial services, banking, or investment products.
At least
1-2 years of team handling experience
, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Excellent individual contributor with strong client portfolio management expertise.
Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills
for client interaction and team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and deliver results in a competitive environment.
Strong market acumen and understanding of investment strategies suited to HNI and MNI clients.
