We are hiring Branch manager At Coimbatore(Kinathukadavu/Thondamuthur) 1. Primarily responsible for achieving Branch performance targets 2. Fee income growth 3. Arrears and dishonor management 4. Effective implementation of a high performance sales culture 5. Primarily responsible for all loan applications approved within the branch including timely completion and approval within quality parameters determined by the company lending policy 6. Responsible for performance reviews of field staff and discuss their performance and ambitions and to discuss progress and barriers to performance success in order to manage outcomes.
