Job Title: Branch Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Home Loans - Madanapalli Job Responsibility Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

• Leading a team of RM\xe2\x80\x99s and CSM\xe2\x80\x99s

• Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA\xe2\x80\x99s and Connectors

• Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks

• Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction

• Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
