Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure efficient workflow.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Manage and motivate the branch team to deliver high performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Handle staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and performance metrics.
Requirement:
Graduate and candidates from transport & heavy materials background preferred.
5+ years of experience in branch management, sales, or Operations (Full truck load).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.
