JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Branch Head/Manager will be responsible: To retain and manage operations efficiently in coordination with team members to achieve the goals. To research the market for identifying new business opportunities. To explain prospective clients about the advantages of the services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals. To respond to the client queries and concerns regarding the services timely and on priority. To develop business proposals for new and existing customers. To develop strategies to retain the existing clients including meeting, asking their issues, taking their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan. To maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals. To develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients. To manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities. To participate in meetings, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization. To train and guide the team and handle team issues & concerns and resolve them on priority. To coordinate with operation team for smooth functioning. To be responsible for controlling budget, monitoring expenses, allocation of funds and maintain profitability of the branch. To be responsible for strong networking for improvising company presence. To be responsible to achieve the allocated targets given by the Management. To be responsible for any other tasks assigned by the Management. SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Proficient in MS- Office. Must be holding good communication and presentable skills Negotiable skills Leadership qualities QUALIFICATIONS: Must be holding a graduate degree in any stream. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as Manager in security industry for 10-12 years. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From ?30,000.00 per month Benefits:
