JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch\'s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Need to handle primary & secondary sales
Key Accountability:
- Sales Target, Channel Development , Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision:
- Build the sales & distribution and last mile retail channel footprint, B2B / institutional sales, prioritize on-ground investments for brand awareness and conversion at the POS, team hiring
Working Relation:
- Establish an effective relationship with business stakeholders to give inputs / market feedback.
- Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relations with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
Key Attributes needed:
- Passion for building a new offline focused venture of scale, entrepreneurial mindset, open to taking on new challenges, can perform in unstructured environment, high energy, knack for channel management, and understanding of rural markets.
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidates Should be MBA/ PGDM Full Time Qualified from premium institutes (IIM\'s, IRMA, NMIMS, FMS Delhi, SCMHRD, SIBM, XLRI, SP Jain, IMT Gzb, XIM B)
