Branch Manager - Home Loans / LAP Hiring for a leading NBFCctc-hike on current ctcLocation- Bhilwara & Bundi :- Achieve targets for the Mortgages /Loan against Property / Home Loans business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels and DSA - Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Geographical regionAchieve Targets for Collections: - Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager- Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve target- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.- Understand competitor's products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, and channel partners.
