Job Description
- Managing end to end city operations.
- Implement & execute regional strategies to increase customer base & sales.
- Manage and build relationships with local suppliers for smooth operations.
- Hire and manage the local operations, delivery and sales team for achieving targets.
- Train & coach teams for operational excellence and drive growth.
- Research, survey and forecast market trends and key drivers to the top management.
- Find market opportunities & gaps and take corrective actions.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and SOP's.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Keen focus on competition tracking and reporting.
- Daily MIS reporting.

- Proven branch management experience of 2+ Years with a team size of 15+ employees.
- Experience of logistics and last mile delivery operations.
- Completely target driven for sales & operational performance.
- Excellent organizational and personnel management skills.
- Results driven and customer focused.
