Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop branch staff. Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer Service Ensure that customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint. Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the branch\'s portfolio. Sales And Business Development Drive branch sales targets by promoting banking products and services. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the branch\'s customer base. Operations And Compliance Oversee branch operations, including cash management and security. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain operational excellence. Financial Management Manage the branch budget and expenses. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics. Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Community Engagement Represent the bank in the local community and build relationships with community leaders.
