Branch Manager *Upto 5LPA/-* Salary + Variables + Incentives & Many more Benefits)- BM : 4 TO 9 Years Experienced in Gold loan Industry or BFSI ,Banking ,NBFC , Sales Industry &
- 2+ Years experienced for Assistant Manger Salary upto 3.50LPA Plus Incentives..
- Eligible Qualification: - *Any Degree or Post Graduates*
- Languages English & Kannada or Any South regional Languages
- Localities candidate Preferred candidates who can join immediately or max by 60 Day
Responsible for overall Branch operations ,Team Handling and profitability of the branch,- Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month,
- Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance,
- Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
