Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Amravati for JFL Gold Loan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing operations of the branch, including customer service, loan disbursements, accounting, and marketing. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in banking, financial services, or loan operations Knowledge of loan product offerings and appraisal process Ability to review and analyze financial statements Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field Relevant certification or license is a plus Knowledge of the local market in Amravati is preferred
