Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Ajmer. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the branch meets its financial targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong understanding of financial products and services Proven track record of achieving financial targets Good communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as a team player Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
