We are looking for an Branch Manager - Ahmedabad that will handle the following :
Internal Sales process and balanced distribution of Customers among Sales Team Members
Achievement of Sales targets and Market Coverage
Consistent achievement of Allocations on Services
Ensuring proper Cargo Mix to help improve utilization's
Ensure compliance and Monitoring of Internal Tracking CRM tools to measure effective Sales Performance
Effective liaising with Terminal and other authorities for schedule issues and effective Vessel Operations
Monitor and improve equipment imbalances and assist in supply of equipment's for export Facilitate quick turnaround of equipment's and expedite damage repairs for prompt availability of equipment's Liaising with Vendors for effective Logisics Control Timely Reporting and Movement Registration
Ensure Documentation deliverable meets the Service Level Standards as internally defined keeping in mind internal as well as external customer requirements
Control on Debtors and Creditors along with Proper Credit controls
Effective Branch Function and Control Adherence & Compliance to Policies & Guidelines of Principal & Agency
Effective Co-ordination with Principal, Branch colleagues & Superiors to achieve better performance Maintaining good working relationship with Customers & Vendors and with Internal Departments
Initiate opportunities for Cost reduction through vendor negotiation/ improved process efficiency Out-of Box thinking for Cost Saving
Initiatives in New Ideas and handling new responsibilities and challenges
Function: Countries & Business Development
You will need to have :
Should be having following degree - Graduate /Post Graduate/MBA
Minimum 5 years' experience as Branch Manager.
Good knowledge of Market
Good in soft & communication Skills.
