Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Madurai branch including sales, warehouse, and logistics. Ensure effective inventory control, timely dispatches, and accurate stock management. Maintain branch discipline, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Regional Leadership:

Supervise and guide branch teams at Salem, Puducherry, and Hyderabad. Monitor performance of sales and warehouse staff across branches. Conduct regular reviews, set targets, and ensure achievement of sales and operational goals.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales growth and customer acquisition in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with HO for execution.

Warehouse & Supply Chain Coordination:

Oversee warehouse functioning including receipts, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure proper handling of materials, stock rotation, and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth supply operations.

Team Management & Communication:

Provide leadership, training, and motivation to team members across branches. Ensure timely reporting of branch sales, expenses, and operational metrics. Communicate effectively in

English, Tamil, and Hindi

with internal and external stakeholders.

Travel & Coordination:

Regularly visit other southern branches for monitoring and support. Attend review meetings and coordinate with the corporate office on key matters.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field. Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in

Sales, Branch Management, or Warehouse Operations

. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven track record in

B2B sales

and

industrial product distribution

preferred. Excellent communication skills in

English, Tamil, and Hindi

. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based reporting. Willingness to

travel frequently

across southern branches

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
