JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role : Branch Manager Band : Tactical Management Department : Pest Management Reports to : Head-BD Location : Kolkata # Reportees 6-9 The role of this position may include but not be limited to the responsibilities listed below: \xc2\xb7 Achieving sales target and growth percentage by retaining present clients and through new business development in Pest Management and Fumigation services. \xc2\xb7 Being accountable for total P&L for branch office, including budgeting and managing operational expenses of Pest Management and Fumigation services. \xc2\xb7 Negotiating and finalizing rates and service contracts with new and existing clients. \xc2\xb7 Being responsible for on time billing to client and collection of payment. \xc2\xb7 Directing the overall activities of the branch to achieve customer satisfaction while achieving both growth and profit objectives. \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining good customer relations and providing expert customer service \xc2\xb7 Collect service feedback from clients and customers and take appropriate corrective action based on such feedback \xc2\xb7 Maintaining quality of service by establishing and enforcing company standards. \xc2\xb7 Providing strategic inputs to Head-Operations and management about territories, personnel issues, growth opportunities and business forecasting. \xc2\xb7 Managing and coordinating field and office staff activities. \xc2\xb7 Managing and maintaining communication between sales personnel, service personnel, and customers. \xc2\xb7 Supervising of branch accounting details and inventory management of chemicals and products used. \xc2\xb7 Managing employee schedules to optimize labor to business needs. \xc2\xb7 Verify/Finalize timecards for employees and approve paid time off. \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly reports related to site inspection, treatment, new business development, pipeline management etc. - Helping the Corporate HoDs in developing the annual budgets in line with the organizational goals \xc2\xb7 Driving and supporting automation, as driven through Corporate and HoDs Any other relevant job assigned by the Management. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION B.Sc Agriculture EXPERIENCE Minimum 10 years of experience in pest management and fumigation services Supervisory experience in pest management of godown, warehouse, office buildings and residential homes Experience in business development activities and lead generation through personal references Handling customer grievances and providing excellent customer support TECHNICAL SKILLS Must have clear understanding of pest management business Clear understanding of market dynamics of related business Hands on with various pest management techniques, tools and chemicals BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS Leadership & Team Management skills Negotiation skills Planning and Organizing skills Time management skills Problem solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
