JOB DESCRIPTION _ Branch Manager \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that the batches are run smoothly on a daily basis. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life-cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain an inventory of all the office supplies, technical maintenance, and requirements on a regular basis. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordination with the students as he/she would be responsible for the end-to-end academic life cycle of every student. \xe2\x97\x8f Collecting Feedbacks & Reviews from the students \xe2\x97\x8f Working on Maximizing the Referrals. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing the branch\'s income and expenses. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining discipline by implementing and monitoring the organizational policies. \xe2\x97\x8f Making sure the inquiry is given the best treatment & arranging the required material for the sales team. Partially/ fully managing the admission process. \xe2\x97\x8f Management and coordination of academic events and activities. \xe2\x97\x8f Active participation /driving of the organizational initiatives.. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to meet set goals and should have a result-driven attitude. \xe2\x97\x8f Must be unbiased towards the team members and should be a problem solver. Handle grievances by the proper solution for the benefit of the organization. \xe2\x97\x8f Any other work allotted by the management as and when required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
