Job Description

Oversee

warranty and out-of-warranty

service operations, ensuring compliance with brand-specific policies . Coordinate daily

call allocation

for Acer, HP, and Lenovo, ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Provide

technical support

to engineers for fault diagnosis, escalation handling, and part verification. Monitor

open calls, part requests, and closures

to meet SLA timelines and performance KPIs. Maintain

spare parts inventory

, ensuring availability of fast-moving components for all brands. Attend

OEM review meetings

, share performance reports, and implement improvement actions. Ensure proper

documentation, warranty claims, and OOW billing

processes. Lead and train the

technical team

, promoting process compliance and high service quality. Track

branch metrics

such as call closure rate, first-time fix, TAT, and customer satisfaction. Identify service gaps, drive

process improvements

, and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in

IT hardware service operations

(Acer, HP, Lenovo preferred). Strong coordination and leadership skills. Knowledge of OEM portals, repair procedures, and SLA-driven environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
