Key functions will be:  Credit Decisions – Take prudent lending decisions based on sound judgment  Portfolio Quality Management – Ensure healthy branch portfolio.  People Management – Manage & motivate credit & branch teams  Assist RCM with coordinating / managing RCU & verification vendors.  Contribute to branch profit goals
Credit Decisions
 Take sound lending decisions based on available information & interactions with the applicants.  Manage credit quality and control delinquencies, frauds  Understand credit policy as well as credit environment in the city / branch  Structure the right product to the customer during customer interactions  Provide superior customer experience  Manage the process required for delivering reasonable turnaround time  Monitor portfolio indicators and ensure that they are within the desired levels
Monitoring Performance  Managing performance in terms of key drivers i.e. o Loses / Portfolio quality parameters o Cost of credit administration o Employee Productivity
People Management  Motivate and develop credit resources
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED  Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/CA preferred)  4-5 years experience in Credit/Underwriting of Secured/Unsecured products  Ability to manage credit processes & teams  Understanding of portfolio metrics  Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
