Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan
