Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the branch runs efficiently. Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance with transactions, and resolve escalated customer complaints. Staff supervision: Support staff by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Supervise and direct employees, especially in the Branch Manager's absence. Sales and performance: Help achieve sales and service goals through coaching staff and supporting sales activities. Compliance and reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist with completing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on branch performance.
