Oversee day-to-day branch administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate between head office and branch teams for reporting, compliance, and operational needs.
Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and other digital tools.
Manage correspondence, documentation, and communication across branches.
Assist in coordinating branch events, meetings, and visits.
Ensure timely submission of reports, expense statements, and branch performance updates.
Build strong relationships with branch teams, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Female candidate with prior experience in
administration and operations
(branch-level experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, and a good team player.
Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Office.
High IQ with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
