Title :- BPO Voice Process Executive

Location :- Viman Nagar, Pune.

Experience :- 6 Month - 3 Years in Voice Process

:-

Handling inbound and outbound calls:

Responding to customer calls, addressing their needs, and providing information.

Problem-solving and issue resolution:

Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.

Providing customer support:

Assisting customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies.

Maintaining records:

Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant information.

Achieving performance targets:

Meeting or exceeding call handling and resolution time targets.

Following company procedures:

Adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
